HISTORY:Rodney Fuller has been a Certified Tool & Die Maker since 1989. He began the business in the cellar of his home in 1996.
From there our business began to grow into its' own building with multiple additions as the years went on.
We became a Corporation in 2011.
Building a business from ground up is never an easy task but with long hours and supportive help, success is possible. WE EXPANDED OUR BUSINESS AND MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION IN JUNE OF 2024. Our square footage doubled at 3061 State Route 28, Herkimer, NY. WE HAVE BEEN IN FULL PRODUCTION AT THE NEW FACILITY FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!

Full Time and/or Part Time Considered. TRAINING AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES SEEKING A CAREER.- CNC LATHE Programmer: Full time position available with a 4 day work week plus benefits. Must be able to read blueprints and perform set-up and operation of various machine shop equipment. Mastercam experience a plus. NY State Apprenticeship available.
- EDM Operator Assistant: Full time position available with a 4 day work week plus benefits. Must be able to read blue prints. (mechanical background a plus.) Willing to train.- TOOLMAKER positions available. Qualified tool and die applicants must be able to perform bench and machine operations of all types involving a variety of unusual and complex machining methods, and highly skilled operations. They must also be able to read tooling prints/blueprints and perform set-up and operation of various machine shop equipment, ie; lathes, grinders & mills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Tool and Die Certification and Job Shop experience necessary. NY STATE APPRENTICESHIPS also available.
